1. Orders & Customization

All orders placed with Print2Gift are subject to acceptance and availability. Customizations once confirmed cannot be changed. Clients are responsible for providing correct specifications, designs, and content.

2. Payment Policy

Full or partial advance payment is required before we begin processing any order. Payment methods include UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash (in-store only). GST may be applicable as per regulations.

3. Turnaround Time

Our standard production time is 2–5 business days depending on the product and quantity. However, delays due to external factors such as courier issues or public holidays may occur.

4. Returns & Refunds

As all products are customized, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong item or print). Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, images, or text provided for printing. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Print2Gift is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of printed products or delivery delays. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product ordered.

7. Pricing & Offers

All prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional discounts are time-limited and may not be combined with other offers.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Print2Gift, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
